Todd Alan Martin is a cook’s cook, a chef’s chef. There is an all-embracing, devil-may-care, rolling stone playfulness about his cooking that just works. A renaissance man of sorts, he is a craftsman of many hats and musician that dropped everything and moved to San Antonio to attend The Culinary Institute of America in 2010. There, immersed in the cuisines of the Americas and working along side chefs from around the world, things began to take shape. With eyes on Nashville’s burgeoning dining scene he saw a place where he could do something special and has worked tirelessly in some of the best kitchens in the city. He is the Executive Chef at The Treehouse Restaurant tucked away in the heart of East Nashville’s Five Points.
