Owen Clark, chef de cuisine of Rolf and Daughters since July 2014, has a extensive background working in New Yorks top restaurants including WD-50, Blue Hill NY, A Voce and Gwynnet St. His unique knowledge and skill set has been utlizied at R.A.D. focusing on menu development and day to day operations of the kitchen, Owen has assisted Chef/Owner Philip Krajeck in moving the menu to a small plate dominated list of dishes meant to be shared among guests.
