Nick Anderson

In 2006 Nicholas earned his degree in Culinary Arts at Johnson and Wales (Charlotte). He finished Magna Cum Laude and was awarded the James Beard Scholarship, deemed “the Oscars of the food world,” by Time magazine. Nicholas has seen many facets of the hospitality industry and has been involved in all aspects of the back of the house. His previous positions included Chef de Cuisine of Tomo in Atlanta and Sous Chef at Canoe in Vinings.
