Executive Chef, The Hive

Matthew McClure is the James Beard Award-nominated chef of The Hive in the 21c Museum Hotel in Bentonville, Arkansas. A native of Little Rock, AR, McClure spent time cooking in New England before returning to his roots to reconnect with the ingredients and food culture of his childhood. At The Hive, McClure showcases the culinary identity of the High South through his refined, country cuisine. He was a James Beard semi-finalist for Best Chef: South award in both 2014 and 2015, and just won Food & Wine’s “The People’s Best New Chef” award for the Midwest.
