Ian Shordon

Chef de Cuisine, Lonesome Dove Knoxville

Ian Shordon began his culinary career cooking in Los Angeles under California’s most esteemed chefs, including Thomas Keller, Suzanne Goin, and Nancy Silverton. During his time on the West coast, Shordon was able to hone his skills in fine-dining and refine his techniques in Italian and French cuisine. In 2015, Shordon moved to Knoxville, TN, where he joined chef Tim Love’s team at Lonesome Dove Western Bistro as a Chef de Partie. Working his way up the ranks, Shordon was recently appointed to Chef de Cuisine, currently overseeing the kitchen at Lonesome Dove.
