Originally from Upstate New York, Donna Piatko, has worked in some of Nashville’s premier kitchens, including Butcher & Bee, Henley & The Catbird Seat before becoming the pasty chef at The Old School Nashville.
The Old School is a unique, historic, culinary destination experience. Situated on a nine-acre farm, only ten minutes from downtown Nashville. At The Old School, giving back to the local community is not just a concept, it is the mission. When a guests eat at The Old School Farm to Table, they also support the Old School Farm whose primary mission is to provide employment to adults with intellectual disabilities.
