For more than 30 years, chef Deb Paquette has been a fixture in Nashville’s culinary scene as a restaurateur, mentor and community advocate. Her globally-inspired cuisine has made Etch the top pick in the city by Zagat, a recurring “Best RestaurantsĀ” winner by the Nashville Scene and Nashville Lifestyles, and gained national attention with mentions in The Wall Street Journal, Wine Spectator, and Garden & Gun. Paquette’s new restaurant, Etc, will be an upscale casual 80-seat venue in Nashville’s Green Hills neighborhood.
