Chef Bron Lindsey has experience working in some of Nashville’s most celebrated kitchens. The Louisiana native graduated with a BA in the Culinary Arts from the John Folse Culinary Institute in Thibodaux, before moving to the Nashville-area to begin his culinary career. As part of the opening team at Puckett’s Grocery and Restaurant in Franklin, he also held positions at The Palm Steak House and Caffé Nonna, before starting at the acclaimed Hattie B’s Hot Chicken. Bron was in the Hattie B’s kitchen for 4 ½ years, serving as Chef de Cuisine for 3 of those years. During that time, he cooked at notable events across the country, including at the James Beard House, the Forbes 30 Under 30 Summit, the World Food Championships, and a variety of festivals.
In March 2018, he joined the team at Adele’s as Executive Sous Chef before being promoted to Executive Chef in January 2019. As Executive Chef, Bron strives for a collaborative kitchen that allows for everyone’s input.
In his spare time, Bron donates his time cooking at charity events that allow him to cook with his respected peers. A father of three, he also enjoys teaching his children about food and helping them discover new ideas.
