Kings of Leon’s “Because of the Times”

Which words or phrase do you most overuse in the kitchen?

“Taste your food!”

Most underrated or overrated ingredient?

Underrated – Dried Guajillo peppers
Overrated – Balsamic vinegar

Favorite Nashville spot?

It’s been a few years since I last spent time in Nashville, but  I LOVE City House! Also, Hattie B’s, Arnold’s and Prince’s are on the list to go to.

Don’t miss Matt McClure at Harvest Night on Saturday, 9/19!
