Pitmaster Pat Martin is hosting the best barbecue you’ve had yet this summer — at the Martin’s Bar-B-Que & Friends spot in Public Square Park during the festival. Watch the barbecue process unfold on grills like Big Green Eggs, talk to the chefs about their approach to low and slow cooking, and enjoy tastes of delicious smoked lamb, pork, fish, chicken and more rotating throughout the day. 

No barbecue is complete without a great group of friends to share it with. Meet some of the chefs who will be jumping on the grills to help craft bites throughout the day including featured festival chefs Levon Wallace, Tandy Wilson and a few other special guests!
