Chef Todd Alan Martin, graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in San Antonio, Texas’ Center for the cuisines of the Americas, seek outs the sense of community through his vision of locally sourced New American cuisine. A supporter of the Slowfood movement, he has sought to work with honest and committed farmers, chefs, gastronomes, and restaurateurs. As Executive Chef at Treehouse, Todd provides a unique and fulfilling role as employer, teacher, mentor, brother, and friend and professionally provide the necessary experience to control food costs, operate the cleanest kitchen in the business and create the beautifully simple and delicious food that is distinctively his.
